Geyserville Superintendent Joe Carnation Dies at 78

With heavy hearts, we are sad to announce the passing of Geyserville Superintendent Joe Carnation.

We first met Joe as he danced through Oriental Hall at a Geyserville Chamber dinner sharing the good news about the new direction of Geyserville schools. Since then he proved to be a sweet and loyal supporter of the Film Society and even joined us at the Teacher Meet-n-Greet last month. Set to retire - again - at the end of this year, Joe racked up nearly six decades in the service of public school children and their families.

Thank you for your service, Joe. And thank you for saying, "Yes, and" when we came to you with our ideas. May you rest in peace, and may your family be comforted by your legacy.
